Phylogenetic tree constructed by Bayesian method, which shows the branching of EIF2AK sequences into closely related subgroups. Four sub-families EIF2AK1, EIF2AK2, EIF2AK3 and EIF2AK4 are highlighted with blue, red, yellow and green colors respectively indicating a definite cluster. Out-group sequences of NEK2, TOPK, TTK, WEE1 and bacterial STPK clustered as distinct groups. Clusters of each distinct phyla are supported by confidence values at branching nodes.
