miR-15a is knocked down in lung cancer cells. A549 and H1299 cells were transfected with the miR-15a inhibitor; after 48 h, the mRNA expression of miR-15a was measured using qPCR analysis and normalized to U6 expression; miR-15a expression in the group transfected with the miR-15a inhibitor decreased significantly compared with that in the NC group.
