NSC34 cells were treated with A77 1726 (200 μM) and/or 5Z-7-oxozeaenol (100 nM) for 16 h (a, b) or were transfected with scrambled or TAK1 siRNA (2.5 nmole each) (c, d). After incubation for 48 h, the cells were left untreated or treated with A77 1726 for 16 h. Cell lysates were prepared and analyzed for the expression of the indicated proteins by western blot.
