For space constraints, only the major nodes and clade-representative names are shown but this should not detract from the conclusions described in the Results. The scattered Flavobacteria branches are indicated by solid lines and a dot (red in color), the Chrysobacterium clade by double-line (blue in color), and Treponema/Sphaerochaeta (Spirochaeta) clades by dotted line (green in color).
