BOS-102 induces G0/G1 cell cycle arrest. (A,B) Cell cycle distribution was monitored by FACS. A549 cells were treated with various concentrations of BOS-102 (0, 2.5, 5, 10 µM) for 48 h. Cells were harvested and fixed in 70% ethanol overnight, then cells were stained with PI and analysis by FACS; and (C) Western blot analysis of cell cycle-related proteins, including Cyclin D1 and CDK4. β-actin was used to normalize protein content.
