Insulin secretion from mouse islets in perifusion experiments in the absence (control ○) or presence (intervention ●) of 10−7 M isosteviol (ISV) at 3.3 mM and 16.7 mM glucose. Each curve represents the average ± standard error of the meam (SEM) of six perifusion experiments, each containing 30 islets.
