With the propensity score matching model, patients receiving aggressive treatments had significantly better survival when nomogram points were less than 15 (p < 0.05). For patients with nomogram more than 15, there was no significant difference in survival between patients receiving aggressive and targeted/supportive therapies (p > 0.05)
