Formation of TAG from pre-formed PLs. Dunaliella tertiolecta cells were labeled for 2 h with [14C]PlA in complete growth medium. The cells were washed and transferred to fresh N-deprived medium. Each day samples were fractionated and analyzed as described in the Materials and methods.
