Antibody levels inversely correlate with human immunodeficiency virus restriction factor expression. Concentrations of BRD4, CTR9, PAF1, RTF1, SLFN11, and TRIM28 inversely correlate with antibody levels. Early treated (blue) and late-treated (red) individuals were analyzed separately, and P values are reported for the groups together (values are reported in black) and separate (red for late-treated individuals and blue for early treated individuals). The figures presented here are the significant correlations after false-discovery rate correction in all and late-treated groups in at least one of the antibody levels.
