Wild-type D66 and mutant cells were grown on high CO₂ for 48 h then subjected to low CO₂ acclimation for 4 h. Lack of the Cia8 gene causes down-regulation of other CCM transporters and two other genes in the SBF family (C). The Cblp gene was used as the internal control.
