Figure 3

Overexpression of CYP1A1 alleviated the inhibitory effects of LPS on MAC-T cell proliferation. Cells were seeded at the same density of 2000 cells/well in 96-well plates, and the cell numbers were calculated in reference to a standard curve obtained under the same experimental conditions by using CCK-8 at indicated days. (a) Cell number of LPS-treated MAC-T cells was less than that of untreated cells at days 2 and 3, p < 0.01. (b) Cell numbers were identical between the cells with and without CYP1A1 overexpression. (c) Compared with MAC-T cells with empty vector transfection, the inhibition effects of LPS on MAC-T cell proliferation was alleviated in the cells with overexpressed CYP1A1 at the indicted day, p < 0.05, ∗∗ p < 0.01.
