(A) Representative images of FACS. 1 × 106/ml LPS-treated BMDCs were pre-incubated with 0.1 mg/ml or 1 mg/ml mannan for 30 min prior to addition of 40 μg/ml CsTPs for 24 h. The expression levels of maturation markers MHC-II, CD80 and CD86 on CD11c+ BMDCs were assessed. (B) Statistical analysis of the expression percentages of surface markers on BMDCs.
