Glaucousness degree on leaf and stem cuticles of four wheat cultivars. Photographs showing a bluish-green appearance (high glaucousness) for the cultivar Conan on both sides of its leaves, and stems. Denali, Hatcher, and Reeder cuticular tissue showed lower levels of glaucousness. All pictures were taken from plants at Zadoks stage ca. 55.
