Results of qPCR analysis of Alox12 (A) and Ptgs2 (B) gene expression levels in the lumbar spinal cord after MIA injection and treatment with OMDM198, SB366791 or URB597. Samples were collected 21 days after MIA injection, 1 h after i.p. administration of OMDM198, SB366791, URB597 or vehicle. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM and represent normalized averages derived from 6–10 samples for each group. The results are presented as a fold change normalized to the expression of a reference gene Hprt1 compared with the intact animals. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc tests.
