Effects of 3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone (HMF) on mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling components in HDFn cells. HDFn cells were treated with HFM (50, 100, and 200 μg/mL) for 24 h following treatment with UVB irradiation (20 mJ/cm²). Cellular protein levels were examined using (A) western blot analysis and (B) relative expression levels were calculated using the TL-100 software program (TotalLab, Newcastle, UK). Values are means ± standard deviation (SD) of three independent experiments. Statistical significance of differences was evaluated using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Tukey’s test. ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001 versus HDFn cells without HMF treatment.
