Figure 3. Effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on the AMPK pathway. The high-fat diet (HFD)-fed mice were treated with or without ginsenoside Rg1 at a dose of 300 mg·kg-1·day-1 (Rg1-300) or 500 mg·kg-1·day-1 (Rg1-500) for 2 months (n=12 mice/group).
