Notes: (A) A498 cells were treated with serial dilution of Rhein (0, 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 μM) for 48 h. CCK-8 assay was performed as described in the Materials and Methods section. The IC₅₀ was calculated by SPSS software. (B) The IC₅₀ of Rhein in 786-O cells was identified as described in (A). (C) The IC₅₀ of Rhein in ACHN cells was identified as described in (A).
