She showed tenderness and positive Patrick’s test bilaterally.(a) Plain radiography of the pelvis does not show apparent fracture line.(b) Coronal reconstruction image of standard-dose pelvic bone CT shows faint irregular lines on both femoral heads, suggesting insufficiency fractures (arrows).
