The effect of scoulerine treatment on mitotic arrest. The Jurkat (A) and MOLT-4 (B) cells were exposed to scoulerine and 5 μM of nocodazole (an antineoplastic agent that disrupts microtubule function by binding to tubulin used as a reference compound).
