Table 1.

Summary of result on the systolic and diastolic blood pressure (SBP, DBP) and heart rate (HR) (n = 16) observed after self-administration of 2C-B.

Vital signs/physiological effects Parameter ANOVA/T student
Comparison to baseline
Mean ±SD
F/T p-Value Dunett’s test
SBP Emax 5.740 <0.001 19.25 ± 13.41
T-C (df = 1,75) 7.119 <0.001 1, 2, 3, 4 h
DBP Emax 5.910 <0.001 13.13 ± 8.88
T-C (df = 1,75) 6.460 <0.001 1, 2, 3 h
HR Emax 6.060 <0.001 12.63 ± 8.33
T-C (df = 1,75) 6.813 <0.001 1, 2, 3 h

Emax = peak effects 0–6 h (differences from baseline) measured by mmHg (SBP, DBP), bpm (HR). T-C = time course from 0 to 6 h. For T-C an ANOVA and a post hoc Dunnett’s test for multiple comparisons was used.
