The mRNA expression of genes in granulosa cells in response to ZEA exposure (10 μM and 30 μM) in porcine granulosa cells for 24 h. The genes of ATM, ATR, CHEK1, CHEK2, P53, XRCC6, MRE11A, PRKDC, RAD51 and BRCA1 were measured using RT-qPCR. Compared to the control group, * indicated significant differences (P < 0.05) , ** indicated extremely significant differences (P < 0.01). All experiments were repeated 6 times.
