Fat-specific Rheb ablation potentiates insulin signaling. Rheb^fKO (KO) and Loxp control mice (8 weeks old) were fed the HFD for 17 weeks. Glucose tolerance tests (A) and insulin tolerance tests (B) were performed in Rheb^fKO (n = 6) and Loxp control mice (n = 8).
