A. Inhibition of Radio-labeled mJE Binding to WEHI cells. CCX872 was added at the indicated concentrations and competed with the binding of murine CCL2 (JE) to the cells, as described in Methods. The IC50 was determined to be 270nM (n = 8 for each data point on IC50 curve). Nonlinear regression (curve fit) analysis showed slope coefficient R2 = 0.78. B. Pharmacokinetic profile. CCX872 was administered by s.c. injection and the concentration in the blood was determined by LC-MS/MS from plasma samples.
