C3H mice received s.c. injection of SCCVII tumor cells, and tumor growth was measured as described in Figure 2. The indicated doses of resiquimod (RQ) and anti-PD-L1 mAb (200 μg/mouse) were injected i.p. twice per week unless otherwise noted. All treatments were started at 7 day after tumor inoculation. The values are the mean ± SEM from each group of five mice. Data shown are representative from two independent experiments with similar results.
