Larval EAB survival after 8 days fed on a combination of dsRNAs. Neonates were exposed to 1 µg/µL of dsRNA (500 ng/µL each dsHSP and dsSHI; N = 3) for 4 consecutive days and then fed on blue-sucrose solution without dsRNA until day 8; 10 µg/µL of dsmalE or dsGFP (N = 6) were used as control. The asterisk denotes days of exposure when treatments are significantly different (t-test, two-tailed P-value: P = 0.007).
