(A) Cells were transfected with luciferase reporters and siRNAs, treated with H. pylori or cytokines and collected with Passive Lysis buffer for the Transactivation assay. (B) Cells were transfected with 40 nM of each siRNA for 72 h and then treated with H. pylori or cytokines.
