Effect of RES on the viability of EPCs treated with TNF-α as determined using an EdU assay. Images from five random fields per well were captured at ×200 magnification. Treatment with TNF-α decreased the proliferation of EPCs, which was restored by co-culture with TNF-α and RES. EPCs treated with DMSO only served as the blank group.
