Inhibition of the human colon cancer cell lines HT-29 and HCT-8 induced by treatment with Riccardin D. HT-29 and HCT-8 cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of Riccardin D or an equal volume of the drug's vehicle (DMSO) for 24, 48 and 72 h. Viable cells were evaluated by a Cell Counting kit-8 assay and were recorded as a percentage of the untreated controls at the corresponding time point.
