Proton MRS (H1‐MRS) images of the frontal lobe obtained from age‐matched healthy beagle (control) and Sandhoff disease dog using long echo time (TE) sequence. The peak of N‐acetylaspartate (NAA) is lower comparing to control through the periods. In the clinically terminal stage (28 and 34 months of age), high peak of Glycine‐Myo‐inositol (Gly‐Ins) and increased lactate/alanine (Lac‐Ala) were observed.
