Protein prenylation was altered by down‐regulated GGPPS in SPCA‐1 and PC9 cells. (A, B) HPLC‐MS/MS detection showed that the level of GGPP(ng/mg protein) significantly decreased after knockdown of GGPPS in SPCA‐1 and PC9 cells. **P < 0.01. (C, D) The Rac1/Cdc42 prenylation was decreased after knockdown of GGPPS in SPCA‐1 and PC9 cells. **P < 0.01.
