Subcellular localization of B. burgdorferi proteins DnaK, OspA, OppA4, HflC and FtsH analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. A. DnaK, OspA and OppA4 antibodies were used to assay the separation of the OM and the IM fractions. B.
