Catalpol increased the expression levels of A disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 10 (ADAM10) and its proteolytic products sAPPα and C83. (A) Confocal microscopic images showing an increased immunofluorescence of ADAM10 in SweAPP N2a cells treated with catalpol at 200 μM for 18 h. Nucleus were stained with DAPI.
