Brain MRI images of a patient diagnosed with ESCC who experienced brain metastasis 22 months after surgical resection of the esophagus. The maximal brain lesion diameter was 6.8 cm. The patient underwent surgery followed by local irradiation of the lesion and survived for 34 months after diagnosis of brain metastases.
