DC activation does not promote March-I v2 mRNA degradation. DCs were pretreated (or not) with LPS for 1 h, washed, and then incubated in complete medium containing actinomycin D (5 μg/ml) for the indicated time. Cells were harvested, mRNA was isolated, and March-I v2 expression was determined by RT-PCR. The data from each condition were normalized to the expression of GAPDH at each time point.
