Figure 4. — XIST promotes tumor formation in vivo. BxPC-3 cells were transfected with XIST or control, and PANC-1 cells were transfected with shXIST or control, respectively. The transfected cells were inoculated into the nude mouse for 40 days. Finally, the nude mice were sacrificed and the tumors excised. Dissected tumors were photographed every 10 days.
