Notes: (A) Protein expression of the cleaved caspase-3 and the Bax were downregulated, although the Bcl-2 expression was upregulated by the sevoflurane treatment on day 3 following the TBI. 3-MA treatment abolished the anti-apoptotic effect of the sevoflurane post-conditioning.
