GCaMP6m was used as a proxy to explore the effect of disrupted Nlg1 signalling on late-stage postsynaptic activity. In controls, calcium activity within 10 hr prior to eclosion is characterised by changes in fluorescence which are synchronous across the muscle field (Mef2-GAL4 GCaMP6m). Frames recorded at 1 s intervals.
