Ligand blot of midgut BBMV proteins from fifth instar A. gemmatalis larvae detected with biotinylated Cry1Ac, H1.2Ac, and Cry2Ac7 toxins, as indicated. The BBMV proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred to PVDF filters, which, after blocking, were probed with the biotinylated Cry toxins.
