Manhattan plot of the observed −log10(p-values) from the GWAS CSF. More than 560,000 SNPs were tested for association to T-tau/Aβ42 level under an genotypic model with age, gender and diagnosis as covariates. Genome-wide associations identified 22 significant SNPs (Bonferroni-corrected threshold is p-value < 0.05 and represented by the red line), and the top 4 significant SNPs were on chromosome 19 within the APOE and its neighboring regions.
