The CD-loaded hepatocyte cells were treated with 5.0 mM BSO. BSO was then removed, and the HL-7702 cells were further cultured in a fresh cell medium. (g) The data output of the fluorescence images. The concentration of the Te-CDs and Se-CDs was 5.0 μg ml–1 and 10.0 μg ml–1, respectively. The scale bar is 10 μm. Two-photon images were acquired using 800 nm excitation, two-photon fluorescence emission windows: 400–500 nm for FO-PTe and Te-CDs and 500–600 nm for Se-CDs.
