LS8 cells were transfected with 50 or 100 nM miR-185-5p mimic or miR-NC for 24 h and then ameloblast differentiation was stimulated with RA/DEX for another 2 days. The cells transfected with control miR-NC was designated as negative control. The mRNA and protein expression of Amelx a,b, Enam c,d, Klk4 e,f, and Mmp20 g,h were detected by quantitative RT-PCR and western blot, respectively.
