Panel A illustrates the correlation between the gold standard hemoglobin concentration and the hemoglobin concentration measured by the color-based POC assay (r=0.64). Panel B is a Bland-Altman plot demonstrating no clear differences in the accuracy of the POC assay across hemoglobin concentrations. Panel C demonstrates the excellent interobserver agreement for the POC assay (r=0.96)
