RNA sequencing analyses was condensed to Gene ID, Gene name, logFC (log2-fold change) and FDR (Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted p-value to account for multiple comparisons). The panel of 23 genes that exhibit the highest logFC and FDR in the three sensitive cell lines as compared to the three resistant lines were selected as the sensitive signature.
