The detection of albumin in the ng mL−1 range. The bar graph represents the different Dapp¯¯, mean of mean Dapp, for various protein concentration. The control beads were not exposed to albumin, while the albumin concentrations for detection were ranged from 100 to 1000 ng mL−1. Four sets of experiments were independently performed and the mean of mean Dapp values were analysed (n = 4) with SD as the error bars. Independent two-sample t-test is used for the statistical analysis where *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and n.s. = not significant
