CVUT-conditioned media reduced biofilm formation on porcine dermal tissues. Porcine dermal tissue pieces saturated with conditioned media derived from CVUT or with assay medium (control) were added to a TSA agar plate containing gentamicin. S. aureus or P. aeruginosa was used to inoculate the tissue pieces. Resulting biofilms were extracted and bacteria were quantified by measuring the OD600. Data are presented as mean ± SD of one representative experiment (n = 4).
