CD62L expression in different memory T cell subsets of purified CD4 T cells. Representative flow cytometric analysis shows the expression of CD62L on CD3+ CD4+ CD45RA− CCR7+ TCM and CD3+ CD4+ CD45RA− CCR7− TEM in CD4 T cells purified from peripheral blood (donors = 5).
