Depletion of neutrophils with a monoclonal antibody reverses PICLC protection. CGD mice were dosed with PICLC and infected with A. nidulans as described above. One group of mice was treated with 1A8 monoclonal antibody to deplete neutrophils prior to PICLC dosing and infection.
