Neurological score is increased whereas infarct volume is decreased in mice engrafted with ephrin-B2-stimulated diabetic PB-MNC. (a) At D1, there was a significant reduction in the neurological score of operated versus nonoperated mice (N = 36). At D14, a significant increase in the neurological score was detected in the PB-MNC+ versus the PBS group but not versus the PB-MNC group (N = 12–13/group).
