Kurarinone induced the expression of ER stress-related molecules and AKT in A549 cells. (A,B) The expressions of GRP78, procaspase-12, procaspase-7, and GAPDH were analyzed by Western blotting; (C,D) Akt activation is involved in the apoptosis. Kurarinone down-regulated the phosphorylation of Akt in a dose-dependent manner.
