Effect of combined treatment with 3-MA and HCPT in A549 cells. HCPT group A549 cells were treated with (0 and 200 µM) HCPT for 24 h, (5 mM) 3-MA group A549 cells were treated with (5 mM) 3-MA for 1 h and (50–200 µM) HCPT+ (5 mM) 3-MA group A549 cells were treated with (5 mM) 3-MA for 1 h then were treated with (200 µM) HCPT for 24 h.
